I have been working at RSM Agency full-time (More than 8 years)

No two days are the same, vibrant office environment, salary rewards as frequently as deserved (not annual and in-line with inflation). Company profit share scheme. We all have different strengths and weaknesses, and we to address this.
A sentence you never hear at RSM, ‘it’s not my job.’

Small team, need to be a team-player, and understand that sometimes our priorities change throughout the day due to client demands. As a boutique agency it is important that we are working t best-practice, so essentials we stay on top of this within the respective sector.

    Advice to Management

    What is RSM?
A small integrated agency since 1997 has taken great pride in delivering on our promises; best practice, passion and hard work.

Are we a different type of agency?
Yes because we are not driven by the profit-line. If we cannot add-value, we will not commit to a project. There is a strong ‘can do’ ethos at the agency, supported by hard work deserves reward; we deliver business as a team, therefore we should share the success (company profit share scheme).

How important is accountability at RSM?
We understand without clients we do not have a business, our pillars are around accountability, quality, creativity, honesty and results.
Since 2013 RSM has invested in being audited by an independent third party; Recommended Agency Register (RAR) to ensure our level of service is where we want it to be. RSM’s average score across the following disciplines; creativity, value for money, quality, strategic, budget controls averages at over 90%.

    Who has RSM worked for?
Below is just a list of some household names we have supported over the years:
    - Lamborghini (14 years)
    - Mercedes-Benz (13 years)
    - General Motors (9 years)
    - Sony (9 years)
    - Haymarket Publishing (8 years)
    - Grafton Group (7 years)
    - PlayStation (5 years)
    - T-Mobile (5 years)
    - Indesit/Hotpoint (5 years)

Clients stay with RSM quite simply because we deliver results!

    Does RSM have a future?
2019 contract wins include a multi-year, multi-million pound deal with a UK educational institution, digital support for one of the world’s largest financial companies, integrated campaign for a £28 million London business.

    So why the ANONYMOUS negativity?
Open and honest dialogue is one of our core pillars from day one. We obviously employ candidates based on their CV and interview/s. Sometimes in life things are not what they seem, and when this has happened we have tried to work with the individual to address. However there comes after a certain amount of time you have to make a business decision for the good of the agency. At the end of the day no point stating you are a brain surgeon, if you are actually a hospital porter. The multiple posts, is not multiple people!

    Is RSM right for yourself?
Do you believe in yourself? Have a passion to deliver results? Like to paid according to your contribution, happy to be hands-on, and like the fact you are part of an agile, fun and vibrant company then ‘hop on board’.

I applied online. I interviewed at RSM Agency in September 2020.

Had quick response to my application which is great. Was told my CV was an 'interesting read' which I found quite patronising. I came here after receiving this email to look at reviews and was immediately skeptical. I was asked in an extremely informal email to confirm if I hold a drivers license and my salary expectations which I swiftly replied to. I suggested a completely realistic salary (It's what I'm currently on for exactly the same role within an exceptionally reputable company) but was told my 'CV/experience does not reflect that money' and that they 'would have to pass' with my application. Disappointing from a 'professional'.
