    Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at RUAG in August 2012.

    Interview

It was done by phone by both the HR manager and the head of department (direct potential supervisor). The questions were mostly about my motivations and they described very precisely the job, in terms of tasks, challenges and opportunities.

    Interview Questions

    • None, it was very professional and straightforward. That's really the kind of process I like. They just try to see if you can do the job, if you want to do it, and if they are likely to be able working with you.   Answer Question
