THE MONEY AND OTHER NICE STUFF

It goes without saying that we pay competitive base salaries. When it comes to commission, we don't have a threshold so you earn on every penny you bill. There's more but you need to speak to us to find out!

Here at RED we firmly believe that one size doesn't fit all, so we have built tailor-made benefit and incentive packages for each country that we operate in made up from the following......

About Us

RED’s sole aim is to help people move between organisations and make the process as quick and easy as possible. We’ve been recruiting SAP professionals successfully for over 16 years, so we know how important it is to hire the right people, but also how crucial it is to ensure the fit is right for both the client and candidate.

Our purpose:

  • Build lasting relationships that matter
  • Present a first class understanding of the needs and wants of the client or candidate
  • Deliver expertise and sophistication throughout the recruitment process

RED embodies these standards and implements them into our internal recruitment brand, Work for RED.

We want to be proud of the work we produce and the people we employ. As one of our employees, you are the face of RED.  People are at the heart of everything we do, which is why we want to hire those who live and breathe our company culture and uphold our standards.

Not sure what SAP is?

Training & Development

People are at the heart of everything that we do here at RED.  When it comes to our own employees, we are committed to providing the best training, development and progression opportunities in our industry and beyond.  This commitment ensures that we are able to hire, develop and grow the best team possible, and that each and every person within RED has the opportunity to realise their own professional and personal aspirations.

As part of this commitment, the RED Career Development Plan has been designed to give every employee at every level of the business complete visibility to their responsibilities and the various factors that are necessary for success in each role at RED.  The Career Development Plan gives everyone the ability to identify their own areas of strength and development and to proactively manage their career path through RED, whilst also providing the management team with the necessary tools to build appropriate training and development initiatives for their teams and facilitate promotion through the business.

We firmly believe that there is no ‘one size fits all’ approach to training and development.  Each person at RED will have their own specific learning needs, and each will respond more or less effectively to various training styles.  As a result, we use a range of training and development techniques to ensure that we can help every individual to accomplish their goals.  You’ll go through classroom training, one-on-one coaching, group development sessions, on-the-job training to name just a few, and you’ll get input from our dedicated Training & Delivery team and a whole host of people across the business.

What is Recruitment?

Recruitment or staffing is the process of finding someone for a job role. It sounds simple, but it’s a time-consuming task. Which is why most companies rely on recruitment consultancies to do it for them.

A recruitment consultancy’s role is to find out what kind of person their client is looking for – the skills, level of experience and personality.

Then they gather CVs of people they think fit that role. The best consultancies don’t just send those CVs on to their client. Instead, they filter them and some even conduct first round interviews themselves, before referring the selected candidates on to their clients.

Delivery Team

We have a dedicated and highly trained delivery team that works closely with the client-facing sales team, giving our clients and candidates the best possible service.

The Delivery team has a comprehensive understanding of the hiring needs of a client, they then use a range of sourcing methods to identify and approach candidates who are potentially suitable for the role.

Once potential candidates have been identified and qualified. The Delivery Team presents a shortlist of suitable candidates to the Consultant who is responsible for the client.  Once candidates have been submitted to a client by the Consultant, the Delivery team assists in managing the interview and feedback process through to offer or rejection by the client.

As well as sourcing candidates for open vacancies, the Delivery team also populates our internal database with candidates who could potentially be suitable for future hiring needs.  In particular, they will focus on finding candidates with niche skill sets or new SAP technology skills that will be attractive to our client base as their SAP projects evolve.

Sales Team

With around the clock support of the delivery team the sales team can focus on what they do best which is building long term business relationships with our clients.

While the Delivery team focuses on candidates, the Sales team are RED’s client specialists and are responsible for sourcing requirements from our client, managing the end-to-end recruitment process for those clients, and ultimately generating revenue for the business.

Each person in the Sales team will build a deep understanding of their particular market and/or geographical territory. They will then use this understanding of their area to develop comprehensive ‘go to market’ plans, including target clients and the strategies to approach those target clients to introduce RED’s range of services.

Through contacting and meeting various stakeholders, decision makers and key influencers within their client base, the Sales team builds relationships with their clients and develops a deep understanding of their business and potential needs.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Red Experts in SAP (London, England) in February 2013.

    Interview

The interview went really smoothly. Everybody was really open and the interview room is a relaxed environment. I talked to many people and it took long hours. But at the end it is worth it. You might have to do a job related task but you get all the help you need. They will ask you the regular questions but be prepared to answer questions about the business and the company they work for.
