I have been working at Regent University part-time
The professors are good and helpful. The location is nice.
The age range is very young.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Regent University in November 2016.
You are invited to a hiring event. There are light refreshments, you go in to an auditorium, watch a short film about Regent, then the head of the Talent Acquisition dept gets on the podium, & explains what follows. You are then ushered into an atrium where there are tables set up with hiring managers from different departments. You will go to the tables of your choice (they have signs as to which dept they represent), give a copy of your resume, discuss the position, & yourself as a character, work history, etc. If that pre-interview goes well, you are then escorted to a private office area where you then have a one on one interview with the head of the dept. Depending on that outcome, you are either offered a job on the spot, or told they will be in contact with you.
Easy. My salary offer was based on my experience, & I got what I asked for.
There are also bonuses, & commissions, as well as full benefits.
