For a company that claims to have a family feel and people focus, this ethos has all but vanished from what I can tell. There has been a lot of staff turnover in recent times resulting in a real shift in culture and quality. Where there are good people they are often overlooked unless on specific large account. Personally I experience a distinct lack in support or consistency from direct management. This feeling only being reinforced by the fact that even after nearly 6 years working for the business in the months leading up to leaving the business I did not receive a single communication from anyone at the business.

Interview
Lengthy - had 3 rounds of interviews. First one was with the recruiter, second was with Design Manager, last was with Senior Marketing Manager. Can't believe I had to go through these then do the design exam (which took forever to finish, btw) only to be rejected with no explanation as to why I got rejected. Recruiter also mentioned my expected salary was too high and that my current salary was already high??? LolInterviewWhy are you interested in this opportunity and why do you think you would be good at it?
