January Business Update January 2020 has marked the start of a new decade, and here at Rightio we are excited to take upon all the goals and challenges that lie ahead. In January we set up our annual business and marketing plan, and the goals we’ll be aiming to achieve in 2020 are ambitious and innovative. In January two Care Club members and two employees won 4x family cinema tickets, simply by registering for our dedicated company discounts portal, and the competitions are about to get even better. This year we’ll also be celebrating our 10th anniversary – a huge milestone for what started as a small local company. In the last 10 years we’ve expanded to cover all of the UK, and we directly employ over 150 staff.

Service delivery quality for our customers remains a big focus. We made our NPS score really visible and our Customer Services and QA team are focused on challenging the business. It is important to remember that our purpose is to serve all of our customers all of the time. Rightio is a family and we’re all part of it and we all share the great moments and feel the pain when things don’t go quite right. Our biggest asset are our people, and we couldn’t do what we’ve done without the hard work and the commitment that they’ve shown to the business and our customers every single day.
