For one thing, Robert Half is the most respected firm in our industry. With our founding in 1948, we pioneered specialised staffing services. Later, we introduced the concept of the professional-level temporary.
Our Robert Half staffing divisions place highly skilled professionals on a temporary, permanent, interim and project basis in the accounting and finance; technology; office administration; and digital, marketing and creative fields.
Robert Half once again was named to FORTUNE® magazine’s list of “World’s Most Admired Companies” and was the highest-ranked staffing firm. (March 1, 2016).

"I started my career with Robert Half as a resourcer in London, focusing on recruitment in banking and capital markets. With hard work and support from management, I steadily advanced. I'm now a director and feel lucky to be in a position where I can help others reach their goals."
I worked at Robert Half full-time (More than a year)
Robert Half was my first role in an office environment following university and from day one the help and guidance they gave me was excellent. I always found them very understanding and they would tailor the role to suit different requirements. I joined the permanent team and my manager Kelsey was extremely helpful throughout and was the main reason I persisted through the tough times. The Leeds office is extremely successful and the atmosphere is great, especially for new starters. The managers are very committed to helping new starters and they genuinely want them to succeed.
Unfortunately for me I didn't think I was particularly suited to the role so I felt it was time to move on and go travelling.
The hours are long, but you know what you're signing up to. They have become far more flexible over the last few months as well.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Robert Half (Reading, England) in April 2011.
I made an appointment with the recruitment agent to discuss my CV and the types of roles and salary I was looking for.
After introductions and pleasantries, the agent ran through my curriculum vitae asking questions about each of my previous roles.
I was asked about my current situation and what roles and pay I was looking for.
The agent said he would contact me if anything suitable arose.
A discussion about desired rates of pay and what the market/employers were willing to pay with emphasis on the opportunity to be able to earn money versus the employer choosing someone else who is prepared to do the job for less money.
