I have been working at Rule Recruitment full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Where to start? Best job I have ever had... such a great and wonderful environment to work in, I actually get excited coming into work every morning. Every single person in the company really cares for each other and we are like one big family, there is no snakey behaviour and everyone genuinely wants to help each other which is rare to find in recruitment.

The company has great morals and has a respected name in the market and everyone works very hard to keep that name as we truly respect the directors.

Based right in the centre of Wimbledon there is always a great buzz!

    Cons

Sometimes the coffee machine breaks but its fixed again within 20 minutes :)

    Advice to Management

Please don't change anything about the RULE family and the work place, great job on an all round great company!

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Rule Recruitment (London, England) in December 2017.

    Interview

I received a call from a resourcer (title may have changed) Conor who asked me about myself and my current situation, he was very friendly and thorough and explained that his colleague Brooke would call me later that day for a more detailed call. I had an initial interview with Brooke, then a video interview. She has been a tremendous help in helping me understand my wants and needs in a new role. She was very professional and patient with me as I was a semi active candidate (which for a recruiter can be very frustrating). She was very quick in scheduling external interviews and spent a late evening prepping me for interviews, called me before and after each one to catch up. I actually ended up stopping the process as I wanted to explore more opportunities in my team at the time, she did not push or get angry with me, making me feel like I wasted her time. She understood as we had full transparency from the beginning. I ended up having a call back from one employer that wanted to offer me a better opportunity and she called me to explore the option and understand my feelings towards it (safe to say she successfully placed me). I couldn't sing Brooke's praises any higher than I do already!!! Her and Conor work as a fluid team
