We help our customers to:

Go global faster:

Did you know?

SDL Supports:

  • 88 of the world’s 100 largest brands
  • More than 1,500 enterprise customers worldwide
  • Translations for more than 200 languages
  • More than 100,000 multichannel and multilingual websites

At SDL, we are helping bring brands to the world in new, exciting ways with our technology. As an employee, you’ll get to tackle interesting problems to transform the way people and businesses communicate globally. And because SDL is a diverse, global company, you will have the opportunity to work with smart, dedicated people across departments so you can continue learning and advance your career.

But the best part is that we are continuously growing. We power the top ten global brands in the world and with 55 offices across 38 countries; it is highly likely we will have the perfect career opportunity for you.

Here at SDL we take our Corporate Social Responsibility very seriously. We recognise the duty we have to the societies in which we work and our Corporate Social Responsibility goals reflect that:

  • We support communities through the SDL Foundation, which aims to promote sustainable development
  • We promote and facilitate employee involvement in charitable endeavours
  • We are committed to reducing our environmental impact

At SDL we encourage our global offices to get involved with a local charity and to give their time and support to those who need it most. We offer employees 5 paid days leave, on top of annual leave, to actively get involved with a local cause. This is a great opportunity for teams to work together outside of the office, which enhances social and working relationships and evokes a real sense of pride and achievement.

We also encourage employees, where possible, to get involved with charitable endeavours that meet the criteria of the SDL Foundation, which enables them to apply for funding and support.

The SDL Foundation is committed to supporting charities and projects across the world, working with disadvantaged communities. It aims to provide sustainable aid through financial grants and educational and vocational training to help people become self-sufficient. It also encourages and enables SDL employees to get involved in charitable activities in their local communities.

We take career development very seriously at SDL and are proud to invest in our people:

  • We are committed to building a culture of continuous learning—one where employees can develop, flourish, realise their potential and, at the same time, help the company to realise its potential.
  • Through a partnership with Skillsoft, one of the world’s largest online learning providers, we have created an interactive and modern learning environment.
  • Employees are encouraged to explore all the career possibilities available to them at SDL, so that they can grow their careers as we grow our business.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at SDL.

    Interview

The recruiter and I had a telephone discussion, which lasted past the planned 30 minute discussion. He was highly competent, well informed, professional and thorough. Mike asked insightful questions and represented SDL exceptionally well. In short, it was an exceptional two-way discussion about SDL, the position and my candidacy. This was the first of several meetings. Great experience.
