SITA is a global organization in a complex and fast-moving industry, and we recognize the need to adapt and change in response to different conditions. The same values apply to the focus that we put on our social and environmental programs. Our overarching approach is simple and gives us the opportunity to evolve over time, with commitments to:

  • Reduce our environmental impact

  • Support the communities where we operate

Environmental Contributions

In 2018 SITA started a program to reduce the impact of our travel, while supporting programs around biodiversity, habitat preservation, reforestation, education, access to clean power and community development. By the end of the year, we had offset all our air travel. And we're proud that working with our partner Natural Capital Partners has reaped benefits for the environment and communities in Borneo and Tamil Nadu. Our next projects are supporting access to clean water and hygiene in Guatemala and Rwanda.

    Interview

Two stage, firstly face to face and simultaneously over the phone with the US, then face to face followed by a conversation with a Ukrainian employee by phone. The first interview was conducted by an interviewer locally with various questions put by a couple of people located in the US office in Atlanta. The second interview was held 3 weeks later by the same local interviewer and a Ukrainian employee.
