I have been working at Saunderson House (More than a year)

    Pros

I've been working at Saunderson House for two years and so far have had a great experience. I've worked for a number of organisations, including some very large blue chip companies and Saunderson is in my view one of the better ones. It's not perfect (no company is), but I've found the people to be professional, respectful and great to work with.

The firm genuinely cares about its clients also, which is visible from the work the financial planning / investment teams do and the feedback received from clients.

Other pros include: good salary / bonus, work life balance, nice office environment (free fruit), flexible working, the work is varied and interesting.

    Cons

The leadership could be more diverse

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Saunderson House (London, England) in July 2019.

    Interview

Application form, CV and cover letter, personality test and numerical tests. Followed by an interview with HR and a final interview with directors.
    Quite a lengthy process.
Very friendly HR who made me feel at ease during the interview process.
