Grahame Caswell - CEO
Grahame is the Chief Executive Officer of Search Consultancy and has been with the group since leading the first management buy out in 2000. He was also behind the most recent management buy out in May 2017 which resulted in new investment from H2 Equity Partners. Grahame’s role oversees the business, but still sees him visiting clients, both current and prospective.
Grahame is married to Chief Operating Officer Debbie.
Debbie Caswell - COO
Debbie’s recruitment career began in January 1990 with Kelly Services where she progressed to Regional Manager North. She joined Search in August 2000 to open the brand new supersite in Manchester, going on to become Managing Director for England before assuming her current role as Chief Operating Officer in 2017.
She has operational responsibility for over 670 recruitment and support professionals through a network of 13 offices across the UK.
Stuart is the Finance Director of Search Consultancy Limited and Search Consultancy Group plc, and has been with the group since September 2010.
Stuart’s role includes responsibility for all financial matters within the group, including management accounting, financial reporting, tax, treasury, credit control, and the staff and temp payrolls.
Stuart’s career prior to joining Search included nine years with Deloitte where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant, and four years as Group Financial Controller of Stockland UK.
I have been working at Search Consultancy full-time (More than a year)
Search is my first recruitment job and couldn't ask for better training and guidance. From the moment I started at Search I was provided with all information required to carry out my job effectively and constant development with my manager. The opportunities to develop and be promoted are clearly laid out and targets are clearly set.
Everyone at Search are so helpful even across Divisions if need any advise and senior management are heavily involved and contactable regarding anything. I couldn't imagine working for another recruitment company.

Advice to Management
To carry on being involved in all levels of Consultants development and makes such a difference to someone new coming into Recruitment to learn of experienced Managers and Directors.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Search Consultancy (Manchester City Centre, England) in August 2016.
Initially had a telephone interview which went well however the face-to-face interview did not go as well. The interviewer seemed nice, offered me a drink which I declined (maybe I shouldn't have). Started by asking me to explain my CV. Also it seemed important that the candidate for the job was resilient as the job requires someone to do the same tasks day in day out.
