I have been working at Search Consultancy full-time (Less than a year)

    Advice to Management

Due to relocating to America, today marks my last day at Search Consultancy and it really has been amazing!

I feel so fortunate to have worked for such a great company, it’s clear to see why Search is recognised as one of UK100 Best Companies to Work for. From my induction and training to moving on to our Office Services Division and later our Call and Contact Sales and Service Division, the support and guidance I have been given from my managers and peers has resulted in my gaining a place onto our High Flyers Top Sales Night and later a nomination for Exceptional Newcomer at our Beyond Exceptional Awards.

I couldn’t recommend Search Consultancy high enough, if you’re looking for a new career in recruitment, or maybe within one of our many divisions, check out Search. If you ARE looking to move into recruitment I honestly can’t recommend Donnie Mathers and Natalie McCluskey who are by far the best managers I have ever worked for.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Search Consultancy (Manchester City Centre, England) in August 2016.

    Interview

Initially had a telephone interview which went well however the face-to-face interview did not go as well. The interviewer seemed nice, offered me a drink which I declined (maybe I shouldn't have). Started by asking me to explain my CV. Also it seemed important that the candidate for the job was resilient as the job requires someone to do the same tasks day in day out.
