I worked at Searcys full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

They offer great rate of pay and even paid to me sick leave when I cut my hand badly at home, not at work.

    Cons

I have never experienced any problems with this company. The only one downside of them is they let me to leave and it was a mistake. But this was my mistake.

    Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took a week. I interviewed at Searcys (Birmingham, England) in October 2016.

    Interview

I initially applied for the job role through caterer.com and was emailed by a senior manager of Searcys Birmingham, I was invited to an interview with a supervisor and she was very open-minded and friendly. As we are apprehensive for an interview, we tend to expect the worse (well, I do) and we often build up to a negative outlook upon how we communicate ourselves to the interviewer. Upon starting the interview, I was slowly relaxed and not as worried as I did before the interview itself.
