I have been working at Sensée full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Genuine feeling of being cared about, working from home but support is always there so you don't feel isolated.

    Cons

Hours booking is fastest finger first but can usually still get the shifts you want.

    Advice to Management

IT issues could be ironed out more - there's a lot of them!

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sensée in September 2020.

    Interview

oh my goodness please please don't bother. You apply for the 'no experience needed' promises promises future career. You then go through a PAINFUL 90 minute online assessment. You then get an email about having a video interview. (Do not bother to try and change the time or day of the interview because they never answer their phones and they take about 4 days to reply to emails!) Then you get an hour video interview thats very laggy and can freeze (on THEIR part) you get asked all sorts of questions that have nothing to do with the job. Then the oh my gosh moment. You are required to purchase your own DESKTOP (that has to be a certain one or your job is rejected) a landline phone, an Etherley cable, 2 headsets, 2 screens, and the best bit. They did not accept my Internet provider so said they would need me to change providers. So a total start up fee would be at least 600! Surely. A company would be providing equipment if they are employing people. No? My goodness. Do not waste your time. I requested 40 hours. And that means. One week I could be working 20 hours, the next I could be working 60 hours. But only on busy times of the year. Some months I could only be on for 20 hours. Missing lots of pay. The woman who I had my interview with, Kate. Basically told me the flexibility in the job is a lie to get people to apply. There would be a number of fixed days that we cannot take off! What a rip off.

    Interview Questions
