Growth in any business presents challenges. I don't see any cons, but I like a high energy, fast paced and flexible work place, which is not for everyone.

    I applied online. I interviewed at Sensée (India)

    Lasted an hour. Informal inital discussion to break the ice and then moving onto past work history, why I left each role and what transferable skills I had gained that would help the current role. There was also some basic role play/scenario based questions thrown in. They'll want to to see your office space, including your chair.
