    Flexible Hours Support for Staff and management Great team Lots of internal progression - myself being someone that started as a home agent!

    None from my point of view. Most drawbacks I hear of are from unrealistic expectations of working from home.

      Situational judgement test followed by interview by video, followed by job offer. Tests were via the Harber portal. There were some typical Myers Briggs style multiple choice questions. Just answer like a consumate team player and all will be good.
