    The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Sephora.

    Interview

    Had three interviews. One with the store director, one with a store director of a different store, and then one with the Regional Manager. The first two went very well. They seemed to really want to hire me and get me started. When I interviewed with the Regional Manager she seemed very disinterested in everything I had to say and she was busy at the time of the call. I was told through email many times that I would hear their final decision within a week. A week passed and I never heard. I followed up with them and they told me it would be another week till the final decision. Once again a week passed and nothing. It’s now been a month total and I have heard nothing. Very unprofessional.

Company Updates

  • Today we will be closing our stores and corporate offices for two hours, dedicating the time to training on racial bias and education.
