    I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Sidley Austin (United States) in Dec 2020

    Interview

    A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn, and told me about their urgency to hire for this position. It was clear from talking to her that they do not value the employees at their firm unless they are lawyers. She offered me a pay decrease because the company will look so strong on my resume. The pay is below market expectation, and they expect me to work on site during a pandemic for a job that can easily be completed virtually.
