    Pros

    SiteMinder really cares for their employees and takes time to invest in each individual to ensure they are set up for success. This investment starts from the moment the walk in the door and encompasses everything from the provision of skills through to a happy & comfortable environment to work in. The energy in the business is evident when you enter the office which makes it a very happy place to come to every day

    Cons

    I have yet to experience any downsides

    I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at SiteMinder in June 2018.

    Interview

    I was contacted by email and invited to attend a video interview
    The lady interviewing me made zero eye contact with me throughout the whole process, she was typing, so I’m not sure she was even listening
    I was asked what my salary expectations were, which I didn’t feel was appropriate at this early stage in the process. But I gave a fair salary band based on the market average
    I answered some competency based questions. The whole process lasted thirty minutes
    I was advised I would be updated of the outcome in a week. Needless to say, I received no response, as indicated and had to email only to be told my CV didn’t align with the job criteria
    Lol!! So why interview me?? No you didn’t want to pay the market anchor.
