I have been working at Smith & Williamson full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Everyone wants you to succeed in there, they push you out of your comfort zone early on which made me mature a lot faster than I feel I normally would have. All staff have an abundance of knowledge and are willing to help. Great communications between offices and departments.

    Cons

Challenging working and studying for exams but you are given time during the day to revise if you have no work which is quite rare.

Assessment centre. Written exercise, group exercise then an interview. Everyone was super lovely and made me feel comfortable. Group exercise was quite challenging but manageable. Started at 9:30 and finished at 3. Overall a good experience.
