Socially Recruited offer a very generous commission structure, and a training that beats all i've had previously. I've developed so far as a sales executive, have been promoted within the first year. I initially saw a huge list of large clients and it was daunting, however have brought on bigger names since i've joined and now am confident selling into any business.
Cons
It is high pressure, however this is the case with all sales roles.
