Sparta Announces the Launch of Cloud QMS Platform TrackWise® DigitalEasy-to-Use and Validated Software Leverages Over Two Decades of Quality Management Best Practices

HAMILTON, N.J., February 7, 2018 — Sparta Systems, Inc., the leading provider of quality and regulatory management software solutions with close to 1 million users, today announced the launch of TrackWise Digital, an easy-to-use quality management system (QMS) software platform built on the Salesforce^® App Cloud. The platform, which was formerly known as 123Compliance^®, offers automated validation and out-of-the-box quality processes built leveraging Sparta’s over two decades of best practices experience gained from working with leading companies in the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, consumer products and other regulated industries.

TrackWise Digital automates and integrates quality and compliance management processes, complaint handling, document control, and training management on a single platform.  The solution is CFR Part 11 and GXP compliant allowing companies to focus less on IT system management and more on improving product safety, quality, efficacy, and supply chain reliability. “

Most notably, TrackWise Digital offers Industry Solution Templates (ISTs) which are pre-configured best practice based quality processes including CAPA, audit, and change control.  ISTs reduce the amount of time needed to deploy a QMS solution to as little as three weeks, and streamline validation processes so that companies can respond to quality events more quickly and get a faster return on their investment. 

The launch of TrackWise Digital also introduces supplier quality management (SQM) for the first time within the platform. The new functionality will allow companies to connect to Sparta’s Quality Business Network to collaborate more closely with suppliers and contract manufacturers (CMOs) with built-in electronic signature and audit trail capabilities. Interactive dashboards and reports allow companies to analyze the performance of suppliers and CMOs and deliver actionable insights.
