    I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at St John Ambulance (Birmingham, England) in December 2014.

    Interview

    I applied for the role online through the website. I got an invitation for interview via email the following week. The process consisted of a 30 minute interview with 2 panel members who asked around 8 questions. This was followed by a 30 minute in-tray exercise.
