- Startups like Staff Heroes are not for everyone. The fast pace of this startup and continuous transformation is not necessarily for everyone as it requires one to adapt quickly, think on your feet and put in the extra hours.
- A small team, intimate work environment and pace of the startup can be very demanding at times.
Advice to Management
Keep it up. The best part of being involved with Staff Heroes was the co-founders' ability to teach and lead, but also step back and listen - offering an ideal startup environment.
