    Interview

Utterly bizarre experience. Applied for what was described as a 'fx quantitative trading internship', then had a call from HR saying I was instead being considered for a 'finance role'. Instead of scheduling a phone interview, they just continued to call me at seemingly random times. After not hearing anything for a good few weeks, the recruiter then called ME to inquire if I had heard anything from them. Overall totally unprofessional, very poorly organised and they really need to up their game if they are going to make any progress in the hiring world. Salary is £20000 pro rata by the way which is extremely low for the city.
