I have been working at Sterling Media full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The management are really committed to developing you in your PR career. They have a range of excellent international clients who are very appealing to the press. I also love the atmosphere and it is a very family like organisation with a very connected friendly team.

Teji and Natasha are always willing to help you learn and develop and they have been nothing but accommodating and friendly.

I wholeheartedly recommend this agency if you wish to develop your career and overlook the fact that you have to do other mundane admin oriented tasks in order to stay organised.

Great friendly team! And such a delightful atmosphere.

    Cons

None that I can think of. Maybe more staff members need to be hired in future to manage the many projects taking place.

    Advice to Management

Keep it up! Ignore the haters, your work is really good.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Sterling Media (London, England) in March 2019.

    Interview

Intimidating, stressful and misleading. I was made to feel that the job would be exciting, i was promised that chance to go abroad, but above all i was made to feel under qualified and inferior which in turn made me nervous and on edge. not enjoyable.
