    Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Stitch Fix.

    Interview

Short. The phone screener didn't know what she was talking about. The first thing she said was "I'm gonna have you walk me through your resume..." followed by an awkward pause. It was hard to tell if it was a question to answer, or if she was going to follow up with a specific question. It was awful and uncomfortable!
