I’ve always enjoyed coming to work here, even during negative or hard times. The support from management and the wider team is always superb and there is a lot of opportunity within the business for you to succeed. The business is constantly looking to evolve and improve at every step. Great incentives and good commission structure. Stott and May look after their employees.
Cons
The market has been tough, as it has been for most companies this year. Management could have looked to address the general office attitude earlier and looked to boost morale at times however at present, they have navigated the poor market conditions well.
