Our company was founded by Hedley and Marion Aylott in 2000 with the ambition of providing businesses with digital commerce services supported by a pioneering training and rehabilitation scheme for prisoners that would lead to employment upon release.

Annual Leave

33 days holiday (including public holidays), increasing with length of service after 2 years, 5 years and 10 years. In addition you will have your birthday day off.

Auto-enrolment Pension Scheme

We contribute 1%, and you can contribute anything from 1%-10% (subject to maximum amounts).

Profit Share

You are eligible for our profit share scheme from your first day of employment. This will be paid annually in two instalments; May and November.

Experience for Life

Have you always dreamed of going skydiving, taking craft lessons or learning to play a musical instrument? We will contribute up to £250 each year towards a unique experience chosen by you.

Career Break Scheme

After only 2 years’ service you will be eligible to take up to 6 months’ unpaid leave.

Food for Thought

    I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Summit (Warwick, West Midlands, England) in February 2020.

    Interview

    Very clear, precise and responsive interview and on-boarding process.
    2 Rounds of interview - Telephone and 1 to 1 and a Personality Questionnaire. The questions were clear and repeated if required and I was made very comfortable before the interview to be able to perform to the most of my potential.
    Since I was immediately available I joined within 2 days of accepting the offer.
