Sunset Development Company is the developer, owner, and manager of Bishop Ranch Business Park, a large office complex in California's San Ramon Valley. Bishop Ranch consists of about a dozen buildings with approximately 10 million sq. ft. of leasable office, hospitality, health care, and retail space. Opened in 1979, the development houses more than 500 tenants, including such corporate giants as AT&T, Toyota, IBM, and Wells Fargo. Sunset Development is working with the city of San Ramon to develop a downtown hub for the sprawling Bay Area community. The mixed-use project is slated to include a city hall, a library, and residential and commercial space.
