Interview
Initial telephone interview followed by f2f interview. Interview process was very basic and and only asked candidates scripted questions they had on their laptops.
Didn’t really attempt to get to know the candidate and often struggled to provide valid answers on why I should want to work for TRG and what their unique USP is in the company.
Also very unprofessional in not giving feedback in the agreed timescales which is very poor and contradicts their values and shows a lack of effort to engage with their candidates.InterviewStandard questions, why work for the company, how you have handled difficult situations and greatest challenges and achievements.
