    Pros

Supportive, creative and forward thinking work environment. Puts people first, empowers them and encourages ideas contribution.
Second to none support during Coronavirus crisis with home-working, on site food trucks for those needing to be in, and total commitment to employee safety.
Great benefits and employee share ownership.

    Cons

Fairly flat management structure. Could continue to work on career progression for those not just motivated by being recognised for their technical excellence.

    Advice to Management

To continue to listen to their employees and support them as they have done so well during the Coronavirus crisis.

    Interview

Once I applied for the position online, I promptly received an email and the interview was scheduled for a week later. The interview lasted for almost three hours and felt intense, but highly engaging. I was interviewed by three different people.

No pain, no gain: R&D challenges for the success of microneedle systems - TTP

Microneedle systems pose multidisciplinary R&D challenges-some because of and some despite the much smaller size of the needles involved. But microneedle systems also offer exciting new prospects for drug delivery and multiplex biomarker detection. This information could be used to guide personalised treatment or enable value-based healthcare.
