I have been working at TWG full-time
Leadership cares, the team supports each other, the company grows slowly and carefully, craft is valued and generally everyone is trying to do the right thing at every turn.
The typical issues that exist in any agency setting. Most of the projects are good, some are not. Sometimes the company takes on too much work and goes through periods of stretch.
Advice to Management
Keep up the good work
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at TWG (Toronto, ON (Canada)) in June 2016.
The interview process is lengthy. If you're doing well, there will be typically 3 interviews minimum before a job offer. You'll meet with a variety of people from different departments in the company. This gives us a good idea of how well a candidate will work with different teams and gets different departments a chance to gauge the compatibility and qualifications of the candidate.
Culture fit/compatibility is a HUGE priority at TWG. They don't want everyone to be the same. It doesn't mean you need to be this super extroverted person, just compatible. You need to share the same cultural values as the company, be a self-starter, smart, respectful, and generally just not a jerk.
