What are we looking for?

We provide card payment services throughout businesses in the UK. You will be outbound dialling small to medium businesses to book appointments for our field sales teams to attend. This means that you will need to be self motivated, driven and have experience in a target driven environment.

You will be provided with first class sales training in our Acadamy to learn about our products and services, and how to be successful in sales.

As a Payment Consultant you will get to know the business and tailor-make a plan for your customer.

We offer a short 12 month contract – currently one of the shortest out there, and we don’t charge any set up fees or exit fees.

'Before I started working for takepayments I was a supermarket store manager, working all the hours under the sun including weekends, with a young family this was very tough with not much time for family time & days out.  I decided things had to change and applied through a friend of mine.  Due to not having any sales or phone experience I found things tough in the early stages but with the help of existing colleagues I picked up things on how to improve quickly and I started earning decent commission and in Platinum period 1 of 2019 I hit my target and went to Portugal on a 5 star holiday!

'I came to takepayments having previously worked in teaching and then insurance.     I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at TakePayments (Stockport, England) in December 2019.

    Interview

    The interview process was professional throughout, with excellent communication pre and post interview. I initially had a phone interview and then was brought in for a face to face. The interview itself was informative and inspiring and to be honest when I left the interview I have never wanted to be accepted for a job more. My interviewer was extremely knowledgeable about the industry and clearly passionate about what he did, his team and the business as a whole. He took the time to really educate me about the massive opportunity that laid ahead. Not only the earning potential but also the positive fun and success driven environment that take payments have built. He showed me around the 3 floors and the buzz and energy you could feel was amazing. Everyone I came into contact with seemed really welcoming and engaging, and it was like already I was part of the team. The company really seem to invest in their staff and it shows. Excellent interview all round.
