    Pros

Great benefits, flexible working and a can do attitude. No day is the same.

    Cons

Sometimes runs before walking, can get caught up in doing too much at once.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at TalkTalk Group (Salford, North West England, England) in April 2020.

    Interview

HR and Harriet in particular were great. Thorough and prompt, I was clear on the process from the outset. A discussion with HR followed by progression to interview.

With Covid19 a major issue, there are clearly recruitment challenges for everyone but Talk Talk coped very well and all was conducted with Microsoft Teams. Interview was on time, relaxed approach to start with, which was nice and took the pressure off, taking the time to get to know me a little bit was appreciated before explaining some good insight on the company and entering into competency based questions.
Second interview proposed and a presentation task.

About an hour for the first interview process. Interviewer asked some good questions about my background and experience for the role. Typical competency based questions.

I had another offer for a different company which I had already accepted, when Talk Talk contacted me, so unable to take the Talk Talk offer (as above Covid19 will be affecting timescales and workload which was unfortunate in my case), but based on my company research, the company is going places, the people I met they were very nice and pleasant.

The Salford Quays location is another real feature as the office is in a great area. All in all a good experience.

I don't think you would be disappointed to work at Talk Talk.
