    Interview

    started with a full run through of existing CV. Then what in your experience you feel will be relevant for the new role. Then there was about 5-6 competency based questions to better understand suitability for role before finishing off with a presentation on the first 3 months in the role. Ended the session with Q&A and the whole process lasted 90 minutes
