What people are saying about Taulia
My background is in finance but I switched to a customer facing role at Taulia about 3.5 years ago. I am thinking I want to get back into finance. In the 3.5 years I have been at Taulia, I have bought two businesses, which I am the CFO for. How can I use that experience to help me get back into finance? I want to get back into some kind of FP&A or M&A role at a manager level. Any thoughts?

Can anyone give me some insight on working for Taulia? I know they were bought out by SAP a year ago. I’m considering making a career pivot to work in Fintech. I currently work in the ITAD industry (E-waste recycling/data wiping/remarketing of EOL equipment). The company I currently work for is very small, so they are not a big player. If anyone has any insight on whether this is a good move to make it will be greatly appreciated.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Taulia (London, England) in Jun 2023
Interview3 rounds of interviews to receive an automated rejection email with no feedback. First interview with HR, then with the Hiring Manager and then with potential colleagues. The HR team are incredibly professional, nice and helpful, kudos to them. The interview with the team felt rushed and it was clear since minute 1 they had no interest in hiring me or finding out about my skills. The potential colleagues looked completely disengaged and bored. They barely greeted me upon joining the call. No one smiled or tried to be remotely friendly. It felt unnecessarily formal and cold. The whole thing felt like an interrogation during which they were only hoping I would fail. No time to ask any questions at the end, and when I miraculously managed to ask one, no one was willing to answer and the hiring manager had to prompt her direct reports to do so. Please improve the way you treat candidates after they have put so much effort into preparing for these conversations, or avoid putting them through 3 rounds of interviews if you are not sure they would be a good fit. Also, try to provide some personalised feedback.Interview
