I worked at Telemarketing Company part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Throughout my third year of university I worked at TTMC (for approximately 10 months), involved predominantly with the night shift working from midnight to 5am. I worked both the Australia and Japanese night campaigns.
-The management team here provided a warm and friendly working environment with the atmosphere always being upbeat despite it being very late in the day (or early in the morning!).
    - Managers were all genuinely nice people.
-Managers were always very appreciative of the university aspect of my life and allowed me to take time off as I needed during assessment periods.
    - Pay checks at the end of the month were always accurate to the penny!
    - Facilities and equipment were always clean with free coffee and tea always at hand.
    - The senior management team I believe were a great judge of character in picking their managers (who often work their way up through the ranks) which is why I believe this review will hold true in its validity, even after the managers who I had while working there may stay or leave.
    - Fantastic team working environment where many people who started out as my colleagues soon became my friends as well.
    - An eclectic mix of people working there meant there was always someone new to talk to or learn from.
    - The work itself did not become tedious or monotonous and although it was not a high pressure environment, you still wanted to strive to do the best you could do.

It was a genuine pleasure working for TTMC and I would recommend this company to anyone who is considering working here.

    Cons

No negative aspects of the company that abundantly spring to mind at the time of writing this.

    Marketing Executive Interview

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Telemarketing Company (Brighton, England) in April 2015.

    Interview

Very basic. If you are articulate and fairly confident, they'll give you a chance. Literally no surprises at all. In order to fill the 30 word quota for this box I will add that my interview was actually abbreviated due to having worked there years before.
You are marketing products for money so there's no need for pretense. They'll be looking out for emotional intelligence so obviously keep it positive. There's no reward for being too humble.
