I applied online. I interviewed at Tesco Bank (Glasgow, Scotland).
Applied online, a day after applying received an email asking to schedule a phone interview, it was arranged, phone interview was pleasant and although was professional had a comfortable tone. Was then told on the call that i had passed this stage and they would contact me with an assessment centre date when one became available, once contacted about this you are also asked to complete a short questionaire which is generally easy as long as you choose the first answer that applies to you.
Assessment centre was meeting with team managers and the recruitment team, getting to know more about the specific role/ department, finding out more about tesco bank on a whole, a tour of the site ( canteen, break room, general layout of the floors) then a face to face interview with someone, and then a role play scenario to see how you would deal with a customer.
