I applied online. The process took 5+ months. I interviewed at Thales (Reading, England).
I filled in the application online. About 4 months later I was contacted to attend an assessment centre. Had team work and a few test. One of them being numerical reasoning test. Waited about a month or so to be told of the result via email.
