Why is it so difficult to apply for a job right now even outside the company lol like I get job posting notifications everyday. I apply to them because I’m trying to leave Cigna and no response back 😂

    Pros

The Only Pro was that this was remote

    Cons

This position was extremely rough, people wanted answers *members* when you start you don't know much so you seek assistance in a chat and you can be waiting for 15 minutes or more just for a response. Lunch was 30 minutes, the compensation was to low for the stress you deal with. Calls are back to back with no breathing room, lots of reps give mis information so you had a lot of upset customers. Dealing with claims was annoying because you cant actually assist, youre a middle man between them and the claims department. You can't put someone on hold longer than 2 mins so it was awkward when you needed assistance unless the customer was chatty/friendly. You're also stuck in that position for a year without capability to change to another and even then there isn't many available to workers!
