Pros

Constant training & development Fantastic work atmosphere Empathetic & approachable managers Reasonable targets Great perks Amazing staff selection, I made a lot of friends for life while working

Cons

Staff attitude differs tremendously between those in Dubai and those in the UK
Can't fault the company in any other aspect

Advice to Management

Customers used to purposely call until they will speak with an agent in the UK, keeping the contact centre in Manchester would be greatly appreciated by customers. Moving the premises closer to town
