Always get a break, get to interact with all kinds of people, busy at Christmas.
Not many extra hours available when needed. Small team meant it was hard to get certain dates you needed off.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at The Entertainer (Royal Leamington Spa, England) in November 2014.
Assessment centre, involving presentation, 1-2-1 interview, followed by 2nd Interview stage involving day out with prospective line manager.
Very professional throughout with great communication.
Realistic expectations during interviews and very personal approach to feedback.

Last Thursday, our Co-Founder Catherine Grant held a soup kitchen in the office to raise money for Comic Relief.
