Keep regular contact with your carers as they are the most important factor of the business as they are out in the field representing your organisation.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at The Good Care Group (London, England) in April 2016.
I had several telephone interviews before coming to London for the final interview. The phone interviews were long and really got to know the company and what they stood for their values were really good.
