    Approves of CEO

I have been working at The ID Co. full-time (More than 3 years)

    Great team atmosphere,
all the company make you feel welcome from CEO downwards,
people are willing to help each other,
awesome office in the city centre and a great view of the castle
company has great products and plans for the future driven by board, CEO and input from customers.

work can be a little frantic due to the small nature of the team,
career progression is not here as the company is too small but they do have some good training for the future

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at The ID Co..

The interview process was very pleasant and consisted of several conversations - to assess skill level, interest in particular technologies and areas of future development, etc.

I applied through an agency who has passed on my CV to the company, I then had an initial phone interview and a face-to-face interview with two developers (front and back-end). At the end of the face-2-face interview I received a tiny assignment to complete and send for review, and was then invited to attend a on-day trial assessment working on a project. I received an offer at the end of this day,

I particularly appreciated the candid nature of the interviewers, their genuine interest in the projects and subjects that were discussed during the interview, as well as their frankness in explaining several benefits of working for the company.

    Interview Questions

    • Q: If for some reason, you were not allowed to use Sass / LESS, what would you miss the most?
Q: What do you know about unit testing?
Q: How would you explain and manage expectations with a clients, around technical limitations?   Answer Question
