    Pros

Working with a wonderful family that wants to make a difference for children. A well-loved brand.

    Cons

CEO (Randa Grob Zakhary) a disaster - a toxic manipulator, with terrible work life balance habits. She demotivates team, is excessively planned, lacks fun and entrepreneurial ethic, cannot listen, is unaware of damage she is doing.

    Advice to Management

Get a fun, entrepreneurial, flexible CEO for the Lego Foundation.
