ProsInteresting variety of work, great SEO support, progressive ideas
ConsIt's uncertain if it will allow all remote jobs after Labor Day
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at The Penny Hoarder (Saint Petersburg, FL) in May 2018
InterviewIt's hard to say this interview was a "bad experience." In all reality, despite taking well over two months, I actually enjoyed my time connecting with various members of the TPH team and learning more about how they approach what they do. What I can't say I enjoyed was being "ghosted" after writing a trial article, going through the editing process, a phone screen, and a two and half hour in-person interview. This company prides itself on being such a strong entrepreneurial force in the St.Pete/Tampa community, but I can't understand why they wouldn't take two minutes to send me an email letting me know that I didn't get the job (or even why) after I dedicated so much time to their interview process.
