    Travel
    Free accommodation
    Free meals
    What's not to love
If you have a good team it makes life a whole lot better onboard. As long as you have a good team this jobs a dream. Because remember you will be working with these people like 10 hours a day and then after work if you want nat a social life.

    Cons

    Room sharing
    Can be long hours
Management onboard can be confusing as they change frequently.
Being away so long from home

    Advice to Management

Always treat people how you want to be treated.

    Cruise Ship Photographer Interview

    Anonymous Employee in Southampton, England

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at The Ship's Photographer (Southampton, England) in May 2015.

    Interview

As they are absolutely desperate for staff (because nobody wants to work 13 hours per day NON STOP for 7 days per week for only £600 per month), they will take on anyone they can. you show them a few photos you have taken (I showed them on my phone), the next thing i knew I was hired.
