What a great day yesterday was! We had a range of our benefits providers in NHQ to talk about the benefits we offer. Keeping our employees informed is of top priority and it enables them to make the right decisions for themselves.

I have been working at The Utility Warehouse full-time (More than a year)
I've had some great training and learned a lot about technical and troubleshooting phone and broadband services and I've recently finished a short internship with 2nd line which is built in to the 1st line training programme.
I'm a techie, I've always been interested in how computers work and how to fix issues so with my customer service background, the role is a great fit for me (the recent payrise doesn't hurt either). The people I work with are nice, we have a lot in common which makes for a great working atmosphere.
Management are really friendly and approachable, and most of them started here as tech advisors so they're really great when it comes to talking about next progression steps.
Parking can be a bit tight and if you're on the late shift, you'll need to park at the company's second car park which is about five minutes walk down the road.

I applied online. I interviewed at The Utility Warehouse (London, England) in May 2015.
The hiring process included a numerical and verbal reasoning test, which wasnt too difficult at all. followed by a short telephone interview where they asked 10 technical questions, which was quite simple like,ow does a mobile works, what is the first thing to do if a customer complaints his sim isnt working properly etc. After that I was invited for the assessment day including a short assessment and final interview by a board of 3 mebers.
