    Pros

    Love Team Thomas. Enjoy working with all of my colleagues in the business - great sense of togetherness across the teams.
    Excellent Benefits Package. There are a number of great benefits to suit all available at Thomas. I have worked for a number of companies in the past, and this is definitely the best offering.
    Support. I have found the company extremely supportive and open for conversations to ensure well being is a priority.

    Cons

    Fast paced company - this comes with pressure which can be an exciting opportunity to grow quickly, but also can be challenging with the focus is on too many things.

    Advice to Management

    Continue the communication and being open and honest about the direction and vision for the business.

    I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Thomas International (Marlow, England) in April 2014.

    Interview

    From the moment I completed my on-line application through to the offer of employment I was very impressed by the whole recruitment process. I was pleased that I was assessed using the Thomas tools and that I had the opportunity to show what I can do in an assessment centre. What was most impressive, and told me a lot about the culture of the company, was the welcoming email I received from my line manager within hours of accepting the offer. I was even able to have some calls with her to clarify some my questions.
