Mission: Our mission is to be the global champion of the people assessment industry, as we really do love assessments. We want to help every business person, student, and sporting professional reach their full potential.
I have been working at Thomas International full-time
Thomas is going through a huge period of growth and is transitioning from a family owned to a PE backed business.
As you can imagine there is a lot of change, however, the CEO & SLT always ensured that everyone is kept up to date as much as possible with changes and business updates, through town hall meetings, weekly stand - ups and company events.
The business is going from strength to strength and the CEO and SLT are passionate about our people and improving engagement. Today is a great example of how they are bringing Team Thomas together... the Zoomathon!
Thomas is a fun, exciting and innovative business with the potential to do even more amazing things.
Thomas is still going through a period of change and transition, but the CEO & SLT are supporting all of the team members throughout this.
As we continue to grow and evolve as a business, we are continuing to refine processes, but this will come in time. Thomas has made great progress this year.
Advice to Management
Keep doing what you're doing! Open communication, remain approachable, give team members a voice and ensure collaboration across all departments.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Thomas International (Marlow, England) in April 2014.
From the moment I completed my on-line application through to the offer of employment I was very impressed by the whole recruitment process. I was pleased that I was assessed using the Thomas tools and that I had the opportunity to show what I can do in an assessment centre. What was most impressive, and told me a lot about the culture of the company, was the welcoming email I received from my line manager within hours of accepting the offer. I was even able to have some calls with her to clarify some my questions.
I was able to negotiate some future leave I had planned and discuss my salary expectations.
Supporting the development of students in the 2018 Sales Apprentice Challenge
Thomas International are proud to be sponsoring the Bucks Skills Hub ‘Big Bucks’ Sales Apprentice Challenge 2018.
Alongside eleven other businesses in Bucks, we are delivering an exciting opportunity to sixth form students at local schools, acting as an Enterprise Advisor; we are partnered with Sir William Ramsey School and will help a group of their students develop real sales skills and gain experience in a business environment.

Focusing on three areas (recruitment, promotion and succession, and appraisal and development), this webinar gives you all the answers you need on bias in the workplace:
