Does there seem to be diversity at Toolstation?

...Very procedure based, bullying was never addressed, favouritism was everywhere, always had to watch your own back, highest turnover of staff I've ever witnessed, always understaffed, repeatedly had to solo trade, very high workload expected in busy shops whilst understaffed, unlimited 1to1's, appraisal always conducted in welfare areas and never in private, God forbid if a customer made a complaint (even if they are in the wrong) expect an investigation, expect sexual harassment, bullying, racism and inequality in certain stores across the South....Read More
