I worked at Toyota North America full-time

    Pros

Very nice people to work with and provided a lot of projects that are relevant to mechanical engineering and process engineering

    Cons

Not too many cons other than the fact that some staff can show some hostility and there is a lack of organisation in the company.

    Advice to Management

My advice to management would be to hold more team building exercises so that staff from different departments can work better as a team.

    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Toyota North America in February 2015.

    Interview

The interview itself was pretty difficult, starting with a computer test and continuing with a practical test which implied testing my physical abilities in order to keep up with the job requirements. To add to this, after accepting the job offer I had to take a medical test which was very strict.
