Pros
Travelperk is unique place to work in. As an engineer you are constantly pushed to grow yourself, and step out your professional comfort zone. As the carrer path is clear, team's engineering/social culture is amazing, and the challenge is never stopping - it seems that management have a good idea how to do it well.
Something must be done right if the majority of the engineers who joined more than 3 years ago are still working in the company.

Application
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at TravelPerk (London, England) in March 2019.
Interview
Initial communication was concise but then when it came to the phone interview itself it seemed like the recruiter was rushed and had an opinion of my experience, almost judging.
The company came across extremely arrogant in that it was made clear several times that "we are looking for the right person" almost assuming Travel Perk was the only company I had been interviewing for!
When asked about the company culture the recruiter couldn't stop singing the company's praises, which I found ironic given I had received email confirmation of this interview on a Sunday, and the recruiter was calling we whilst on holiday, hardly sounds like Work-Life balance to me...
Alas, I know I wasn't successful, not because I was told, but because Travel Perk went quiet. Interesting way to conduct oneself there...
